[General Discussion] Help Igg keeps telling me to verify password

i wanted to experience this game again since this was one of the first mmorpgs that ive ever played but sadly i could not create an account because it keeps telling me to verify my password everytime i try to activate the game, if anybody knows a solution to this id appreciate the help thanks

I answered you in a comment in another thread, but here: https://ao.igg.com/main.php 

Hover over Account and it will show "Activate other games". Click that. If it doesn't work, remake account and use a real email to verify. If it's still not working then I have no clue.

Following, having the same problem... after clicking the "Confirm" button when it says verify password, it just leads to passport.igg web and does nothing.

Use a different browser and see if that helps

I sent a ticket to IGG .. no response yet.
I've tried:

4 different browsers
3 different email (gmail, outlook and yahoo)
10 new accounts

Nothing solves the issue. 

Still can't activate Angels Online in my account (or in the 10 others I created)

Guess i'll need to wait the response from the service.

Anyone knows how long it take to IGG reply a ticket?

Also if anyone's wondering, I've also tried using:

- VPN
- Multiple devices: IOS (IPAD), Android (mobile), Windows 7 (laptop), Windows 10 (laptop)
- incognito mode
- clearing browsing history, cache, and cookies.

and still cant activate a single account. I'm convinced it's a web problem.

Maybe you print wrong login ?  like in japane version of AO u need to print ur ID to log-in instead.
