1. Get the 4 elemental elf lord cards (Wind lord, Water lord, Earth lord, Fire lord)
2. Get any of the four faction main quest achievements.
3. Reach rank 5 (credit score)
4. Learn 100+ spells/stances or 50 recipes
5. Collect 10 Dailies silver coins.
6. Get the achievements: Level 1 Fusion master, Level 2 Fusion master, Level 3 Fusion master. Fuse low level foods for these.
7. Defeat Nemeo (Olympus boss) by having the 'Meet Nemeo' achievement.

Steps 1-5 are easily doable for non-newbie players, the 6th just requires some knowledge on fusion and patience, and the last needs some good stats or overpowered buffs.
